Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

During collection launches, holidays, or periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

 


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

• Singapore: 5–12 Business Days
• United States: 7–15 Business Days
• United Kingdom: 7–15 Business Days
• Australia: 7–15 Business Days
• Other International Destinations: 10–20 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

To provide the most efficient delivery experience, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
